Click Sign up in the top corner

Enter a username, your email address and a password.

2. Top up your wallet

You need balance before you can order. This trips up most new users.

Choose one of the methods shown on the page and follow its steps.

Pay first, then upload a screenshot of the payment so we can check it.

Wait for credit

Automatic payments are credited by themselves once the payment is confirmed. Manual payments are credited after we check them.

Order an SMM service

You need balance first. If you haven't topped up yet, start with the Quick start tab.

Open SMM Panel and pick a service

Choose the platform, then the service. Read the service name: it shows the start time (for example “0-3H”), the speed (“10K/Day”), the drop rate and the refill period.

Paste your link

Use the full link to the profile, post or video. Keep the account public until the order is complete.

Set the quantity

Choose an amount between the minimum and maximum shown. You'll see the price before you confirm.

Place the order

The price is taken from your balance, and the order goes to our provider automatically.

Track it in My Orders

Statuses: Pending, In progress, Completed, Partial, and Cancelled or Refunded. You get a notification when it finishes, and on Telegram too if you've connected the bot.

Need to cancel, or a refill?

Cancel from My Orders. A Pending order gets the full price back; an In-progress order is stopped and refunded for the part that hasn't been delivered yet. For a refill or a partly delivered order, message support with your order ID.

💡 Tip: services marked “No Refill” aren't refilled if the count drops later. If that matters to you, pick a service with a refill period, such as “30 Days Refill”.

Rent an OTP number

You only pay if a code arrives.

Open OTP Numbers and choose the app

Pick the app you need a code for, for example Telegram or WhatsApp.

Choose a country

Each country shows its price and how many numbers are available.

Press Rent

You get a phone number and a timer that shows how long it's reserved for you.

Enter the number in the app

Ask the app to send the code and keep the OTP page open: the code appears there automatically.

No code?

Cancel the number, or let the timer run out. The price goes back to your balance automatically. Right after renting, the provider sometimes needs a short wait before it allows cancelling.

Got the code?

You're done: the order is marked complete. You can see all your numbers in your OTP orders.

My OTP orders

Good to know: numbers are temporary and go back to the provider after use. Use them to receive a code, not for accounts you may need to recover later.

Connect Telegram for notifications

Get order updates on Telegram without keeping the website open.

Go to your Profile

Click your username in the top-right corner → Profile. Find the Telegram section.

Copy the connection code

You'll see a button like Connect Telegram. Click it and a unique code appears (something like 123456).

Open the bot on Telegram

Open Telegram and search for @neyamotsumon_bot (or use the link shown next to the code). Click Start.

Send the code to the bot

Just paste the code (123456) into the chat. The bot replies "Connected ✅" — that's it.

What you'll receive: updates when an SMM order is completed, partly delivered, cancelled or refunded, and the codes for the OTP numbers you rent.

To disconnect: Back in Profile, click Disconnect Telegram, or send /disconnect to the bot.

What is Neyamot Sumon?

An online panel where you can buy social media growth services (followers, likes, views and more) and rent virtual phone numbers to receive SMS verification codes. Both are paid from one wallet balance.

How do I add funds?

Open Top Up, choose a payment method and follow the steps. Automatic payments are credited as soon as the payment is confirmed. For manual methods, upload your payment screenshot; we credit your balance after checking it.

Can I withdraw my balance?

No. Your balance can be spent on SMM orders and OTP numbers on Neyamot Sumon, but it can't be withdrawn or transferred.

How fast does an SMM order start?

Most orders start automatically within minutes. Each service name shows its expected start time and speed. For example, “0-3H” means it starts within 0–3 hours and “10K/Day” means about 10,000 per day. Bigger orders take longer to finish.

What do “refill”, “non drop” and “no refill” mean?

Some followers, likes or views can disappear later; this is called a drop. “Non drop” and “low drop” services lose few or none. “30 Days Refill” means that if the count drops within 30 days, we top it back up for free: message support with your order ID. “No Refill” services are not refilled.

Which link should I use?

Paste the full link to the profile, post or video you want to grow, and keep the account public until the order is complete.

Can I cancel an SMM order?

Yes, from My Orders. A Pending order gets the full price back. An order that's already In progress is stopped, and you get back the part that hasn't been delivered yet. If our provider can't stop it, the order keeps running and you'll still receive it.

What if my order is only partly delivered?

Sometimes a provider can't deliver the full amount. Send us the order ID in the live chat and we'll refund the undelivered part to your balance.

How does renting an OTP number work?

Choose the app (for example Telegram or WhatsApp) and a country, then press Rent. You get a phone number and a timer. Enter the number in the app, ask it to send the code, and keep the OTP page open: the code appears there automatically.

What if no code arrives?

You pay nothing. If no code arrives before the timer runs out, the full price goes back to your balance automatically. You can also cancel earlier, sometimes after a short wait. Once a code has arrived, the order is complete and can't be refunded.

Can I use the same number again later?

Usually not. Numbers are rented for one verification and then go back to the provider, so don't use them for accounts you may need to recover later.

Why do prices and stock change?

Prices and available numbers come from our providers and change during the day. The price you see when you order is the price you pay.

How do I contact support?

Use the live chat on any page. For a problem with an order, send the order ID from My Orders.

What can't I use the service for?

Anything illegal, fraud, spam, harassment, pretending to be someone else, or getting around a platform's ban. We close accounts that misuse the service.
