By creating an account or placing an order on Neyamot Sumon (neyamotsumon.com), you agree to these terms and to our Refund Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. All activities under your account are your responsibility.

Each person may use one account. Multiple accounts from the same person may all be banned.

Do not share your account credentials. Use strong passwords and enable 2FA when available.

Treat our support team and other users with respect. No harassment, hate speech, threats, or offensive language.

Money you add becomes balance on Neyamot Sumon. You can spend it on SMM orders and OTP numbers.

Balance can't be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash.

Prices are shown before you order and may change over time.

If you reverse a payment instead of contacting us, we may close your account.

You choose the service and provide the correct link. Keep the account public until the order is complete.

Start times and speeds shown in service names are estimates, not guarantees.

You can cancel from My Orders. Pending orders are refunded in full. In-progress orders are stopped and refunded for the part not delivered yet, if our provider can stop them.

Refills and refunds work as described in our Refund Policy.

Numbers are rented from third-party providers for a limited time, to receive an SMS verification code.

You're charged only if a code arrives. If no code arrives in time, the price goes back to your balance automatically.

Numbers may later be used by other people, so don't rely on them for account recovery.

Don't use the service for anything illegal.

No fraud, spam, harassment, pretending to be someone else, or getting around another platform's ban. Any form of fraud will result in a permanent ban.

Social media platforms set their own rules. They may remove followers, likes or views, or limit accounts that use growth services. You use SMM services at your own risk; we refill or refund only as our Refund Policy says.

Services, prices and countries depend on our providers and can change or pause without notice.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Rule violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent account termination.

Terminated accounts forfeit all balances. No refunds for banned accounts.

If you think your account was suspended by mistake, contact support through the live chat within 14 days.

We reserve the right to update these rules. Continued use means acceptance of new rules.
