To run Neyamot Sumon, we collect the following information:

• Account: your username, email address and an encrypted password. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your Google name and email address.
• Orders: for SMM orders, the links you submit and the quantities. For OTP numbers, the phone number, the app you chose, and the SMS code and message text received on that number.
• Payments: top-up amounts, the payment method, transaction IDs, and the payment screenshots you upload for manual methods.
• Support: the messages you send in the live chat.
• Telegram: your Telegram chat ID, if you connect our bot for notifications.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, used for security and fraud prevention.

How We Use Your Information

We use this information to:

• deliver your SMM orders and OTP numbers, and process top-ups and refunds;
• send order updates on the site and, if you connect it, on Telegram, and answer your support messages;
• keep the platform secure and prevent fraud.

We do not sell or trade your personal information to outside parties. To deliver your orders, we share only what each partner needs:

• the link and quantity of an SMM order go to the SMM provider that fulfils it;
• the number order goes to our OTP number provider;
• payment details go to the payment processor you choose.

The site also uses Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google (sign-in, and the translation widget if you use it) and Telegram (notifications, if you connect the bot).
